M Pilates+Yoga offers an exercise and wellness program like nothing you have experienced before. Our individual and small group classes, as well as our comprehensive wellness workshops, invigorate the soul, while helping you to feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced.

 pilates + yoga

M Pilates+Yoga sessions improve physical strength, coordination, fitness, endurance and flexibility.  The main focus is to strengthen deep abdominal, hip and back muscles with emphasis on proper spine and hip alignment. Whatever your interest, our  sessions are great for everyone; beginners, new moms, pre-natal women or fit and fabulous individuals.

pilates + ELDOA FOR golfers

As an athlete, you always want to achieve your personal best. Pilates exercises can help you improve performance by developing body awareness, working on alignment, improving flexibility and core strength, and correcting muscle imbalances. Pilates offers the mind-body approach needed when playing golf or any other sport. ELDOA helps create space in the joints. When a disc or nerve is compressed it results in back pain. The combination of Pilates and ELDOA has helped our clients, golfers and other athletes, improve their performance and keep the pain away. Each program is designed for the individual. It’s not a one size fits all program.

 
 

Wellness + healing


We do not dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
