YOGA ~ Derived from the Sanskrit word "yuj" which means "to unite or integrate".  Yoga is a uniquely effective way of integrating exercises that strengthen the body while at the same time increasing flexibility.  Mindful breathing is incorporated alongside a range of poses to create a comprehensive mind/body experience.  All sessions are instructed with a strong emphasis on alignment and doing what is right for your individual body and needs. You will leave feeling invigorated, with an open heart, and peaceful mind. 

REIKI ~ Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It can be practiced hands on or at a distance. Some of the benefits of Reiki:

  1. Promotes deep relaxation and healing — helps with anxiety and stress, and releases tension in the body.

  2. Releases energy blocks and restores the sense of balance between mind, body and spirit.

  3. Assists the body in cleansing itself from toxins and supports the immune system.

  4. Helps us feel grounded & centered.

HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING ~ Our approach is to support the individual during the process of behavior change related to health and wellness in all aspects — physical, mental, relational, emotional, and spiritual. We believe each individual is resourceful and whole and that he/she is an expert in their life. The coaching process will help you discover and clarify what you want to achieve; encourage self-discovery; hold you responsible; and evoke solutions and strategies.
